I wouldn’t recommend this razor to anyone and try canceling the order after just ordering it I never tried it and all the negative reviews I was sorry I ordered them don’t buy buy them at all

Just so everyone reading this understands.

Mr Barone placed two orders at 11 PM. He could have cancelled his order in his account immediately, but, he could not figure that out and sent us an email instead. Unfortuantely, being a small company, we dont have 24 hour customers service. But what we do have is fast shipping from our shipping partner and the ability for the customer to cancel their own order before it ships. The product shipped before customer service arrived to see that Mr. Barone wanted to cancel.

We explained this to him and he told us at that point that he didnt like the shave quality based on the 142 5 star reviews,which he says are all negative.

We told him to send them back and we will refund his money. He did send them back and we did refund his purchase. But he still felt the need to not recomend the razor to anyone because he placed an order, recieved the product, never tried it and sent it back for a full refund.

We take full responsibility for the negative shave experience he never had by not trying the product.

The Mow razor is convenient and useful

The Mow razor is convenient and useful. The ease, speed and comfort of shaving with Mow is a delight. In the morning I can get a pretty good effortless shave in a minute. It does not give a really close shave even if I take my time and go over the face repeatedly. I shave regularly with Mow and use a single edge razor when a want a perfect, close shave.

My unit arrived

My unit arrived, and after my first shave, it performed amazingly. I plugged the razor in to go for a second shave, and it won't turn on. Perhaps I received a faulty unit. I'm not sure and I also haven't had time to reach out to the team.

First shave in three years. The trimmer head was easy to attach and quickly, comfortably removed my facial hair. Switched heads to finish the shave. Happy with the results. Will recommend to others.

Excellent Shaver

What surprised me most is how quick and mess-free it is. I don’t need shaving cream or gel, which saves me time in the morning and keeps things simple. The razor feels high-quality in the hand, and the modern design is sleek. It’s clear a lot of thought went into how it’s built.

Shaving Tips

Generally the replaceable head will last about 60 days of everyday shaving. You can purchase replacements here. (link to the replacement heads)

The best results come from shaving everyday with a soft beard. Facial hair longer than a 2 day growth should be trimmed with the trimer blade first before using the rolling head.

All electric razors cause some irritation. This is normal and usually goes away after 2 or 3 days of use.

The razor comes with a travel lock. Please hold down the on/off button for about 4 seconds and you will feel the travel lock turn off. To engage the travel lock, hold the on/off button for about 4 seconds.
